2D Studio Art: Photography
There are some moments in life that only happen once. As a moment driven freelance photographer, my ultimate goal is to capture these moments that are once in a lifetime.
With the combination of my Fine Art degree and my live event coverage experience, my work serves as an immersive experience to the viewers that recreates the feeling of being in the middle of the action, which is where I always am. My style shows the up-close and personal, raw emotion of subjects, and how they react to their environment; captured in a variety of different image mediums such as digital, 35mm, 120mm, and polaroid’s.
My passion is capturing live music in concerts and festivals, but my work ranges from live event to, editorial, fine art, journalism, sport, portraiture, landscape and architectural images and videos.
For this work, I have chosen to make B/W + color photo mosaics from three previous music festivals that I have covered in the past. Images are shown from Bonnaroo, Firefly, and Imagine Music Festivals. I have also included a physical collage of a some of my event and festival photo/video, press, and media passes to show the extent of my work.
